Returns and refund
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photographs of the defective or damaged item along with a description of the issue.
- Return Process:

- Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Once the return is approved, our team will coordinate the pickup of the item from your address or guide you to drop off the item at a designated location.
- Return Shipping Charges:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
