Returns and refund

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
    • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to initiate a return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Please provide photographs of the defective or damaged item along with a description of the issue.
  4. Return Process:

    • Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
    • Once the return is approved, our team will coordinate the pickup of the item from your address or guide you to drop off the item at a designated location.
  5. Return Shipping Charges:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
